Some of our jewelry pieces may be created specifically for you.

Production Time

Made-to-order jewelry requires additional production time.

Estimated production times will be displayed on the relevant product page whenever applicable.

Production times are separate from shipping times.

Custom Requests

Custom requests may include:

• Ring size

• Metal selection

• Stone selection

• Engraving

• Design modifications

• Other approved specifications

Not every product can be customized.

Please contact us before purchasing if you require a customization that is not listed on the product page.

Custom Orders

Once production has started, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or modified.

Because customized jewelry is created specifically for the customer, it may not be eligible for return unless it arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing:

• Ring size

• Engraving details

• Names

• Dates

• Addresses

• Other personalized information

We are not responsible for errors supplied by the customer and approved for production.
