Jewelry Care

To help protect your jewelry:

• Remove jewelry before showering or swimming.

• Avoid prolonged exposure to perfumes and cosmetics.

• Avoid contact with household chemicals and cleaning products.

• Remove jewelry before exercising.

• Store each piece separately when possible.

• Keep jewelry away from excessive moisture.

• Clean gently using appropriate jewelry-cleaning materials.

Plated Jewelry

Gold-plated and other plated jewelry contains a surface coating that may naturally wear over time depending on use, skin chemistry, exposure to water, chemicals, friction, and other environmental factors.

Normal wear of plating is not necessarily considered a manufacturing defect.

Stones

Gemstones and jewelry stones should be treated with care. Avoid dropping, striking, or exposing jewelry to harsh chemicals.

Warranty

JewelryOCity provides a [7-Days] limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage

• Scratches from normal wear

• Loss or damage caused by improper care

• Damage caused by chemicals

• Normal plating wear

• Lost stones resulting from impact or misuse

• Resizing or alteration performed by another jeweler

• Lost or stolen jewelry

Warranty claims are reviewed individually.
